Issam et Soufiane travaillent \u00e9galement avec des restaurants collectifs, ils sont pr\u00e9sents sur certains march\u00e9s et font un peu de circuit long. &nbsp;<br>Il y a un magasin de vente directe sur l&rsquo;exploitation avec des l\u00e9gumes, des conserves et des vins locaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>24 participants<\/strong> \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents pour d\u00e9couvrir les 2 ateliers propos\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>atelier vigne<\/strong> : d\u00e9raciner les ceps morts et remplacement, d\u00e9rouler des fils et pr\u00e9parer les cordeaux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>atelier verger<\/strong> : attacher les \u00e9lastiques sur le fil (\u00e0 hauteur)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la fin du chantier, les participants ont pu s&rsquo;initier \u00e0 un <strong>atelier d\u00e9couverte du surgreffage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default 2024 <\/strong>\u00e0 <strong>La Mangrove<\/strong>, chez Joshua Beyries<strong>, <\/strong>mara\u00eecher \u00e0<strong> St-Georges-de-Didonne<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Initialement pr\u00e9vu en <strong>mars<\/strong>, ce chantier a du \u00eatre report\u00e9 en <strong>avril <\/strong>pour cause de m\u00e9t\u00e9o d\u00e9favorable. Nos chantiers sont soumis aux al\u00e9as climatiques, ce qui peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s impactant pour les producteurs.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au sein de son exploitation en mara\u00eechage diversifi\u00e9 dans le marais de Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, Joshua pratique une culture sur sol vivant avec un mode de production respectueux du sol et une terre nourrie avec des mati\u00e8res organiques.<br>En toute saison, ses produits sont disponibles sur l&rsquo;exploitation les lundis, mercredis et samedis de 10h \u00e0 12h et de 17h \u00e0 19h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Printemps : poireau, navet, carotte, radis, fenouil, \u00e9pinard, salade, haricot vert, aillet, pomme de terre nouvelle\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 \u00c9t\u00e9 : tomate, pomme de terre nouvelle, poivron, aubergine, courge, concombre, poireau, tomate cerise, haricot vert, carotte, oignon, \u00e9chalote, brocoli, chou pomme, fraise, melon\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Automne : tomate, poivron, courgette, aubergine, radis rouge g\u00e9ant de chine, radis red-meat, radis past\u00e8que, courge, c\u00e9leri boule\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Hiver : \u00e9pinard, m\u00e2che, salade, poireau, courge, \u00e9chalote, oignon, carotte, chou<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une vingtaine de participants \u00e9taient venus pr\u00eater main forte sur les 3 chantiers propos\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pr\u00e9paration des sols (\u00e9taler les mati\u00e8res organiques)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lib\u00e9rer les arbres fruitiers des plantes class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agglo-royan.fr\/participation-citoyenne\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.agglo-royan.fr\/participation-citoyenne\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">participation citoyenne<\/a> \u00e9tant un \u00e9l\u00e9ment incontournable des PAT (Projet Alimentaire Territorial), la&nbsp;CARA et l&rsquo;association Bio\u2011Divers&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Cit\u00e9 souhaitent cr\u00e9er un&nbsp;\u00e9lan populaire autour&nbsp;de&nbsp;l\u2019alimentation tout en renfor\u00e7ant le&nbsp;lien entre&nbsp;les&nbsp;producteurs et&nbsp;les&nbsp;habitants.<br>Retour en vid\u00e9o sur ce chantier organis\u00e9 avec la CARA, parfait exemple de participation citoyenne, d\u2019entraide et de sensibilisation aux enjeux data-id=\"https:\/\/fermebrunette.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ferme de la Brunette<\/a><\/strong>, maraichage \u00e0 <strong>Mortagne sur Gironde<\/strong><br><br>La ferme de la Brunette est une belle petite exploitation mara\u00eech\u00e8re et fruiti\u00e8re&nbsp;avec un nouveau b\u00e2timent de construction \u00e9cologique pour l\u2019accueil de la vente.<br>Une vingtaine de participants \u00e9taient venus pour les 3 chantiers de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9sherbage de planches de l\u00e9gumes <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9sherbage et href=\"https:\/\/www.agglo-royan.fr\/pat\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.agglo-royan.fr\/pat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">projet alimentaire territorial<\/a>, la Communaut\u00e9 d\u2019agglom\u00e9ration Royan Atlantique (CARA) a organis\u00e9 une matin\u00e9e d\u2019animations d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation locale suivi d&rsquo;un chantier
